Preparing a business plan: In collaboration with a MATI business consultant, you will develop a plan for setting up, expanding, or improving your business. The plan will focus on the advantages of your business idea and work to overcome its weaknesses.

This document is essential for obtaining the required financing, and to follow up on the progress of your business.   

Professional guidance by a mentor:  A business mentor will accompany your business in the beginning, help improve operation of an existing business, and analyze individual problems that emerge in the course of its operation. This MATI service is provided at a discount thanks to the subsidy of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.    
 
Information: MATI has access to business databases and other computerized sources of information, as well as to a selection of books on various subjects related to small businesses, including reference books on starting a business, accounting, marketing and sales.
